Oil Sands Cost $38 U.S. a Barrel, Shell CEO Says
Royal Dutch Shell PLC, Europe’s largest oil company, said the cost of producing Canadian oil sands rose to about $38 (U.S.) a barrel last year, including fuel expenses.
